Rory is an experienced marketer with many years spent in top advertising agencies and marketing positions. Rory uses his skills to help produce our bespoke market reports, promote Dataloft and advise our clients on getting the most from our products. He is particularly involved in marketing our online subscription platform.

Rebecca has been working in residential market analysis for the last 20 years. Her background in overseas residential development consultancy gives her a deep appreciation for the value of data and its use. Rebecca enjoys helping our subscribers maximise the potential of their local housing market data, in particular through integrations and collaborations with other industry specialists.

Research Director
Anna is a highly experienced and technical housing market analyst, leading on client reports and managing the development and product management of our online analytics platform. Anna has overseen the integration of large datasets and devised a wide range of housing market models and indices for private consultancy projects and client publications.
JAKE SALES
Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analyst
Jake has over 15 years of GIS experience, as part of a large planning consultancy and as a self-employed consultant. Location is fundamental to so many aspects of the property market and Jake’s skills identify, prove and explore spatial relationships within the property market. Mapping software enables him to present findings visually, as static or interactive maps. Jake is also a Chartered Geographer and has a MSc in Environmental Conservation.

Data Scientist/Analyst
Riona has an excellent understanding of data-driven science gained through her Master of Research degree from Durham University. After starting her career at a global technology company, Riona has a passion for using data to identify and solve complex problems as well as supporting clients with strategic and operational decision making. At Dataloft, she will apply her data skills and experience to analysing the residential property market.
JULIA MIDDLETON
Real Estate Economist
An economist by training, Julia has over 15-years experience in property research and has held senior positions in prominent real estate consultancies and financial institutions. Julia undertakes consultancy projects for investor clients and has a particular focus on understanding the location drivers for institutional and individual PRS investments as well as writing on property market trends, fluctuations and forecasts.

A key member of the Dataloft team for many years, Sharon’s universal understanding of the business allows her to create visually impactful and meticulous design solutions from illustrated property research reports, to infographics and our online platform. Working closely with our analysts, Sharon tells visual stories with data.
MAREK WASKO
Lead Developer
A full stack web developer with over 20 years’ experience in web development and a background in graphic design, Marek works on every stage in the development of the Dataloft by PriceHubble, from building pixel-perfect layouts to the gory details of backend services. Marek has worked with Dataloft since 2016. In his spare time, Marek enjoys learning new languages, solving maths problems, free-ride skiing and tending to his sizeable cactus collection.

Annabel is a qualified chartered accountant who has spent many years working for a top accountancy firm and as the Financial Controller for a major retailer. Annabel utilises her analytical and organisational skills managing the financial side of the business, handling key data sources and ensuring the smooth running of the business.
