JOHNS&CO approached us a couple of years ago, keen to know more about Dataloft. They wanted to find a source of automated and hyper-local market reports that they could use to demonstrate their local market expertise and generate more instructions.
Dataloft has a wide range of branded market reports, down to postcode level, covering the sales and lettings markets, as well as one dedicated to exploring local market trends like local amenities and population and household profiles.
JOHNS&CO wanted to take this a stage further and create their own versions of the reports, with their own look and feel and variation on content. To do this, they tapped into the ability for us to marry our high-quality design with the technical ability to create bespoke reports on Dataloft.
